1. What makes a good photo?

To ensure the best quality prints please follow our guidance below
• Don’t upload blurry or pixelated photos
• Ensure the full face is showing and not partly cut off
• Don’t use photos too dark or far away
• Avoid taking a photo of a photo
2. Can I upload something other than a dog, a person or a cat?
Absolutely! We like to encourage our customers to upload pictures of pets, humans, cars, and even logos(please make sure you are the owner or you have copyright) , too! If you have any specific notes, please leave them in the note box for our designers!
3. Can I preview the design before printing?
Unfortunately, we can’t provide a proof of your order because our designers have to personally set up your image and crop out your loved one’s face. Rest assured, if there are any issues, we’ll send you an email requesting a new image! Please, keep the photos family friendly!
4. Do you crop the photos for me or I have to crop by myself?
We crop the photo for you! All you need is just upload a high-quality, head-on photo, then we will do rest. If your pet or person have an accessory, hat, or collar that you would like to keep, please specify these details in the order notes, or we will crop out all the other details.

5. Do you offer discount for bulk orders?

6. How do I wash your products?

Machine wash separately with cold water. Tumble dry on low and do not bleach the products. Be sure not to wash your new products with other clothing when you first wash it! It tends to shed a bit of fuzz upon first wash.

7. What's your change/cancellation policy?

We will be happy to help you change your color, size, picture, or cancel/refund the order - just send us an email at beautycustomdesign@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number, email address, and your desired changes. Changes/cancellations to orders will only be accepted before an order is put into production.

For Made-to-Order Personalized Products, we may not be able to cancel or change your order once your items have been put into production. This would mean that the designing and shaping has started. To cancel or change it, would mean a charge of 30% customization fee per item, because the item is made to order and can no longer be sold as new.

If you need to change your shipping address, we can help right up until the order is shipped. Please send us a message below with the current shipping address on file and the address that you would like to change it to.

8. What payment method are available?

We accept PayPal. Please note that all of our prices are listed in USD and you will be charged in your respective currency.

9. How long does it take to receive my products?

Typically, it takes about 3-5 days for personalized products to be produced and then the order will be prepared for packaging & shipping. Once shipped, USPS will deliver continental US orders in 7-10 business days. International shipping times vary based on the destination.

Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.

10. Can I change the destination country of my order?

After placing your order, you may not change your shipping from domestic to international and vice versa.

11. How much is shipping?

Standard shipping fee is $6.99. We offer Free Shipping for any orders over $45.

12. Do you ship internationally?

We happily fulfill international orders! Our production time will be the same and shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going. Depending on your home country a customs tax may be applied in addition to your shipping cost.
