At MyPhotoPajamas we strive to make every personalized pajamas as precious and beautiful as the moment it commemorates.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed, or is simply not what you expected, please let us know immediately and we'll do our utmost to recreate it to your full satisfaction.


Damaged, incorrectly designed, items can be returned to MyPhotoPajamas within 30 days of delivery. We will undertake the shipping fee.
Please note that because all our personalized items are one-of-a-kind,other returns such as size problem or simply not what you expected, it will incur a 50% restocking fee.

Our personalized item cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged. Please refer our Return Policy on Damaged/Misprinted Items or please contact our customer service for return.

Please note that the following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy, and we are not liable for these issues.

  • Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
  • Personal Reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, etc.
  • Personalized items are one-of-a-kind, it cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged.


  • Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items.
  • If you would like to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 50%of the total amount of the item.
  • To cancel your order, please contact our Custom Service Team
  • Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request.
  • Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.

MyPhotoPajamas reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.


If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!


Please note that although we make every effort to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee every photograph in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution. Please contact us with any questions about the color, material, or size of any item before purchasing.
